The midweek action in the Everards Brewery Premier Division came off the pitch, after Ashby Ivanhoe Knights' game at home to Aylestone Park Reserves was called off due to a waterlogged pitch. There was also a table adjustment, after Park were found guilty of having fielded an ineligible player in their 8-1 win at Thurnby Rangers. In accordance with SCOR, the Management Committee overturned the result and awarded the three points to Thurnby Rangers, giving them a boost at the bottom of the table.

They got another boost on Saturday when they twice came from behind to get a 2-2 draw at home to Ellistown, Christian Ngueusseu and Ronnie Morley for Ellistown, Austin Enekwe with the first equaliser and sub Leo Hobster with the second eight minutes from time. Those four points move them up two places, and are now six points clear of the drop zone.

Falling into the drop zone are Barrow Town, who lost the relegation six-pointer at FC Khalsa 8-4 to swap places with Khalsa. Balveer Heer scored a hat-trick, Tayo-Sharn Alexander-Tucker a brace, Kofi Agyapong, Sory Kaba Sherif and Devonte Khan for Khalsa, who raced into a 5-1 lead, Barrow's scorers not yet in.

In the only change to the morning table within the top four, Park moved into third after winning a see-saw game at home to Sileby Town 5-4, Tom Marriott (2), Aaron Preston (2) and Marley Spencer for Park, a Stan Logan hat-trick and Mark Etherington for Sileby.

Most of the changes came to mid-table. Highfield Rangers cruised to a 3-0 win at home to Cottesmore, Charles Thomas (2) and Yankuba Camara the scorers, whilst comeback of the day belonged to Hathern, who followed up a stinking first half performance that saw them 3-1 down at AFC North Kilworth with a second half performance that firstly dragged them back onto level terms before Liam Bailey scored a late winner for Hathern. Hathern's other scorers were Liam Walton (2) and Matt Savage, with Reece Hookway, Taylor Sharpe and Josh Wright on the scoresheet for North Kilworth, Hathern winning 4-3.
